There have been two police reports on the Black 505 rally held yesterday.
The first report was lodged by City Hall officers who had a minor scuffle with a group of protesters at Padang Merbok yesterday.
The scuffle began after these protesters refused to take down their tents.
The case is being investigated under Section 186 of the Penal Code for preventing authorities to carry out their duties.
Another report was lodged today before City Hall went out to issue notices to about 300 campers who had set up tents in Padang Merbok after the rally there.
The campers were mostly young activists from various non-governmental organisations and from Solidari Anak Muda Malaysia. – June 23, 2013.
